Controler OFF GRID (legat la baterii), hybrid (accepta turbine eoliane si panouri solare) ce poate fi colocat conform parametrilor de proiectare ai turbinei, astfel încât atunci când tensiunea de ieșire trece peste limita maximă de proiectare, un dumpload (rezistenta) este activata astfel incat să încarce excesul de tensiune.
Controlerul de eoliană are un comutator manual, care poate fi folosit pentru a produce un scurt-circuit în cazul în care există o situație de urgență, ca urmare, se poate opri complet întregul sistem eolian.
